Terms & Conditions of Booking

Thank you for choosing Langstone Manor Holiday Park. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking, as they apply to all members of your party.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation from Langstone Manor Holiday Park. Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Bookings are personal to the lead guest and may not be transferred without our prior agreement.

2. Deposits, Balances and Cancellations

Deposits

For camping pitches and camping pods:

  • £30 deposit for weekly bookings
  • £20 deposit for short breaks

For self-catering accommodation:

  • £50 deposit for weekly bookings
  • £30 deposit for short breaks

Where a booking is made online, the deposit amount requested during the booking process will apply.

Balance Payments

The balance of your holiday cost is due no later than four weeks before your arrival date. We will normally send a reminder, but it remains your responsibility to ensure payment is made on time.

For bookings made within four weeks of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you cancel more than 21 days before your arrival date, any balance paid may be transferred to a future booking made within 12 months of the original arrival date, subject to availability.

If you cancel within 21 days of your arrival date, all monies paid will be forfeited.

We strongly recommend that guests arrange suitable holiday cancellation insurance.

3. Voucher Bookings

Bookings made using Virgin Experience Days, Buyagift, Into The Blue, Activity Superstore or similar vouchers may be amended subject to availability and an administration fee of £10.

Bookings cannot be amended within 21 days of the original arrival date.

4. Arrivals and Departures

Self-Catering Accommodation
  • Check-in: 4.00pm – 9.00pm
  • Check-out: 10.00am
Camping and Touring Pitches
  • Check-in: From 12.00pm
  • Check-out: 11.00am
Camping Pods and Mega Pods
  • Check-in: 1.00pm – 9.00pm
  • Check-out: 11.00am

Please note that the latest arrival time is 9.00pm. We do not operate overnight reception services and ask guests to respect the peace and quiet of the park.

5. Guests and Conduct

Langstone Manor is a quiet and family-friendly holiday park.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings from groups where we believe the nature of the booking may adversely affect the enjoyment of other guests.

The number of guests occupying accommodation or pitches must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking.

We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours between 11.00pm and 8.00am.

6. Prices

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Prices may be amended before a booking is confirmed. Once a booking has been confirmed, the agreed price will not change except where required by changes in taxation or other government-imposed charges.

7. Special Requirements

Please advise us of any special requirements at the time of booking.

Whilst we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests, they cannot be guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

8. Touring Caravans, Motorhomes, Campervans and Tents

To ensure your allocated pitch is suitable, you must provide accurate dimensions for your caravan, motorhome, campervan, tent, awning and gazebo at the time of booking.

Only one accommodation unit is permitted per pitch unless otherwise agreed.

9. Accommodation

We take great pride in maintaining our accommodation to a high standard.

Guests are responsible for leaving accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and may be charged for any loss, damage, excessive cleaning or breakages caused during their stay.

10. Children

Children remain the responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.

For safety reasons, bicycles, scooters and skateboards must not be ridden within the holiday park.

Children aged 12 and over may use the Manor House games room.

11. Pets

Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Dogs must:

  • Be kept on a lead whilst on the park.
  • Not be left unattended in accommodation or vehicles.
  • Be exercised and toileted responsibly.
  • Have waste cleared immediately using the facilities provided.

Failure to comply may result in guests being asked to leave the park.

12. Park Rules

We aim to keep rules to a minimum whilst ensuring all guests can enjoy a safe and relaxing stay.

Langstone Manor Holiday Park reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate a stay without refund where a guest’s behaviour is considered unreasonable, disruptive, abusive or likely to cause distress to other guests.

13. Personal Data

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information provided during the booking process will only be used for administering your booking, providing customer service and, where appropriate, communicating with you regarding your stay.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under English law.

Subject to the above, Langstone Manor Holiday Park shall not be liable for any indirect loss, damage or inconvenience arising from your stay.

Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and vehicles whilst on the park.
