We’re certainly going again soon as it’s perfect for us visiting our daughter who struggles to squeeze us in with their new baby.

This time, our caravan was lovely & clean but the toilet smelt terrible the whole time we were there.
It smelled like a mens urinal & I had to buy toilet freshener.
We think there is a drainage problem in this particular caravan as the shower tray also filled to the top of the tray with water. The basins were also very slow to drain.

The pretty market town of Tavistock is also within easy reach, while moderate journeys will take you to Plymouth, Cornwall and the coast. The facilities are good, with all the necessary amenities, a shop, a restaurant and bar, although the opening times for the latter could be extended. I found the staff friendly and helpful.

  REALLY recommend Langstone Manor Holiday Park as somewhere to stay with dogs. You can park next to your accommodation, the dogs are welcome all over the site, including the restaurant... read more and bar (but they also offer the entire menu as takeaway), lots of scenic walks walking distance from the site and the staff were very friendly and welcoming plus they had some lovely local ciders in reception and patisserie service in the morning.
The facilities were clean and modern, I loved that there was a clear option to recycle waste on site. Everything was just perfect.
And if anyone is wondering like I was if there was room for a double blow up bed in the large standard pods - plenty of room!
We will definitely be back.

I would like to add a mention of the Manor House restaurant which we frequented a few times in our stay it has always been exceptional and the food is excellent 20 out of 10 to the Chef
But the highlight of our visits was the glowing and ever funny Betsye an excellent young lady to managed the restaurant and bar and they could not wish for a more pleastant person
I would also like to mention the young girls waiting the tables each with there own friendly personality which was excellent and you could not wish to be served by anyone more friendly
